INTENDED USES: ActisorbSilver 220 Dressing may help reduce infection in partial and full-thickness wounds, including: Pressure injuries, Venous ulcers, Diabetic ulcers, First and second-degree burns, Donor sites, Surgical wounds. ActisorbSilver 220 Dressing is suitable for use under compression bandaging. For lightly exuding wounds, ActisorbSilver 220 Dressing can be used in combination with a non-adherent wound contact layer.
CLAIMED FEATURES: Activated charcoal traps odor in the dressing. Activated charcoal binds bacteria and toxins in the dressing. Silver kills the bacteria in the dressing
